These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Amirena Tech Services website and services. By accessing and using our website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

• Device: Refers to any computer, laptop, or electronic device brought to us for repair
• Customer: Refers to any individual or business using our services

3. Service Agreement

By submitting your device for repair, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information about your device and the issues you're experiencing
• Accept our diagnostic assessment and repair quote
• Pay the agreed-upon fees for services rendered
• Collect your device within 30 days of completion

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are quoted before work begins. Payment is due upon completion of repairs unless other arrangements have been made. We accept cash and card payments. A 6-month warranty is provided on all repairs unless otherwise stated.

5. Warranty

All repairs come with a 6-month warranty covering the repair work and parts installed. This warranty does not cover:

• Damage caused by misuse or accidents
• Damage from liquid exposure
• Damage from unauthorized repairs
• Normal wear and tear

6. Data and Privacy

We take data security seriously. However, we cannot guarantee the security of data on your device. We recommend backing up important data before submitting your device for repair. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for information on how we handle your personal data.

7. Device Collection

Devices must be collected within 30 days of completion. After 30 days, we reserve the right to dispose of uncollected devices. Storage fees may apply for devices held beyond 30 days.

8. Limitation of Liability

Amirena Tech Services shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service.

9. Cancellation

Customers may cancel a repair service before work begins for a full refund. Cancellations after work has begun may incur a diagnostic fee. Cancellations must be made in writing.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the United Kingdom.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website. Your continued use of our services following the posting of revised Terms means that you accept and agree to the changes.
